ELS Accredited as a CPD Points Provider
ELS Consultancy and Management, Inc. is proud to share an important professional milestone: we are now officially accredited as a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Points Provider. This accreditation reflects our continuing commitment to invest in the growth, competence, and long-term development of our professionals—especially those whose work directly supports the quality and reliability of the projects we deliver.
To mark this achievement, ELS successfully launched its first CPD seminar program, “Introduction to Structural Works,” led by our Operations Manager, Engr. Erickson Salanguit. The seminar was attended by ELS Civil Engineers and designed to strengthen foundational understanding of structural work principles and their application in real project environments.
Beyond earning CPD points, the session underscored the value of continuous learning within the organization—encouraging engineers to deepen technical knowledge, align with evolving standards and practices, and exchange insights that support better coordination across teams. It also reflects ELS’ broader goal of building a workplace culture where professional development is embedded in how we work, plan, and deliver.
As an accredited CPD Points Provider, ELS will continue developing meaningful learning programs that support our engineers’ professional requirements while reinforcing our shared commitment to safety, quality, and technical excellence.
