48 Timog Project Marks Building Opening
The 48 Timog Project reached an important milestone with the successful Inauguration Ceremony held on June 3, 2025, marking the official opening of the building. The event recognized the collective efforts of the project team and stakeholders in bringing the development to completion in line with project objectives and delivery standards.
Following the inauguration, a post-construction meeting was conducted on July 11, 2025 at the ELS Head Office. The session served as a structured closeout activity to review key deliverables, align on post-completion requirements, and document learnings that support continuous improvement in future projects.
ELS Consultancy & Management, Inc. served as the project’s Construction Project Manager, providing professional oversight and coordination to help ensure alignment on scope, schedule, quality, and stakeholder requirements from implementation through turnover.
