PBC5 Project Breaks Ground in Hermosa, Bataan
On August 22, 2025, the PBC5 Project marked a key milestone with its Groundbreaking Ceremony at Hermosa Ecozone Industrial Park, Hermosa, Bataan. The event formally signaled the start of site development activities for the Proposed PBC Warehouse 5 and reflected the shared commitment of project stakeholders to deliver the facility with clear coordination, safety, and quality standards.
ELS Consultancy & Management, Inc. is honored to serve as the project’s Construction Project Manager, providing structured oversight and professional project management support to help ensure alignment on scope, schedule, quality requirements, and stakeholder coordination throughout implementation.
