For more than 13 years, Engr. Clifford Cordova has been part of ELS’ continued growth—helping deliver projects with steady leadership, strong coordination, and a clear focus on standards. As a Unit Manager, he is known for managing multiple requirements at once while ensuring that teams stay aligned on scope, schedule, and quality.

“Yung integrity at tsaka yung malasakit… So, yung integrity mo dapat intact. Hindi siya dapat doble kara or may ibang meaning. So, dapat kung ano ka, dapat ayon ka.”

These principles help shape how teams operate on the ground—promoting professionalism, fairness, and consistency in decision-making, even when challenges arise.

“Ikaw na yung magsupervise sa team, ikaw na maggu-guide, ikaw na rin yung magi-instruct, magtuturo sa kanila… ngayon nadagdagan kasi hindi lang contractor yung kausap mo pati yung mga engineer nasa pangangalaga mo.”

This people-centered approach reflects a leadership style that balances performance with development—helping engineers learn through experience while keeping project delivery aligned with expectations.
